Ornaments 4 Orphans - CLICK HERE to go to our United Methodist Women's fundraiser page. Ornaments 4 Orphans is a fair trade, social business that sells handmade products purchased fairly in developing countries. All O4O products are made in Uganda, Kenya, Peru and Nepal by 12 artisan groups in over 20 communities. Through fair trade practices, their organization directly impacts 500 families, 1000 children, and countless others. All proceeds are invested back into the communities to provide jobs, prevent orphans and keep vulnerable children with their families. At Ornaments 4 Orphans®, their vision is simple - to prevent orphans through fair trade and generosity. Their mission is to give parents and living relatives an opportunity to work and provide for their families so they can stay together and thrive in their communities.

We have done numerous missions trips, both domestic and international.  We have been to Mississippi, Houston, Charleston, and Eastern North Carolina for Hurricane Relief.  We have also gone to Alaska and Puerto Rico.  Our missions have taken us as far as Guatemala and also took a trip with Water Mission International.

We support local ministries and people through Peace Out, where we take the peace of Christ out into the city of Salisbury through food and clothing to the least of these in our area.  We support the local Angel Tree and Stars during Christmas, which give gifts to underprivileged children in our area.  We work with and support many other groups shown in this slideshow too.

We are a missional church.

Our Missionary

We support Clara Biswas, as a United Methodist missionary in Cambodia, and we give to her ministry there too.  She works with the poorest of the poor.  Her focus is on the children who live on the street in the slums and trash dumps of her city.  Click to learn more about Clara and her ministry.

Angel Tree - this year's Angel Tree is also going virtual. CLICK HERE to be taken to our Church's website and use the access code 85K0T. Angel Tree, a program of Prison Fellowship, reaches out to the children of prisoners and their families with the love of Christ. Through Angel Tree, volunteers are mobilized to deliver a gift, the Gospel, and a personal message of love to children on behalf of their mom or dad in prison. Every Angel Tree parent’s family is also given access to a free, easy-to-read copy of the Bible (available in English or Spanish). It starts with a gift and leads to restored relationships.
